As public opinion inevitably turns against magicians as a whole, Edward Clark, a researcher of the USNA, proposes an expansive space development endeavor called the Dione Project to promote the peaceful use of magic. Taurus Silver’s name appears on the list of chosen candidates, which leads to people uncovering the truth―that this is in fact Tatsuya, throwing him and Miyuki into yet another trial.
