It's been two years since Noel started on his path to becoming the strongest Seeker ever. He boasts a new party member in Leon Frederic, and has established his own clan, Wild Tempest. But if he wants to stand above the world's best Seekers, then he’s going to have to become more ruthless, more reckless, and above all, much richer! Standing in his way are the top clans, known as the Regalia, and the vicious abyssal beast Garmr, but on his side might just be one of the most powerful ever to play the game: the mad puppeteer Hugo Coppélia! All Noel needs to do is...break him out of prison?!
